Kristen & Matt: The Bridge {Geneva wedding photographer}

We were so fortunate that the rain had paused for Kristen & Matt's engagement session! We made the most of the break in weather to travel down the street to the Harpersfield Covered Bridge.  On our way there, we made a pit stop to take a few photos outside this red brick building with white shutters that caught my eye.

We were doing well with keeping the rain away, so we hurried on down the street to the bridge.  What a beautiful spot for an engagement session...and fishing!

And this one's for Matt, who suggested we reenact the proposal!  Aren't they sweet?

I am so excited to photograph Kristen & Matt on their wedding day this October!  If the abundance of laughs we shared during their engagement session are an indication of the fun to be had on their big day, we are all in for an amazing time!

Kristen & Matt: The Winery {Geneva wedding photographer}

I was so excited to connect with Kristen & Matt for an engagement session in beautiful Geneva, Ohio!  Our first stop was at Ferrante Winery & Ristorante, one of the area's many wineries.  And you can't go to Ferrante and not get one of their fabulous bottles of wine!  Although it was a very cloudy day and the grapevines weren't yet growing, we made the most of this beautiful location.

A big thanks to the folks at Ferrante for allowing us to utilize their whole facility before they opened for the day!  What a helpful and fun bunch they are!
