I had the pleasure of meeting Miss A and her wonderful parents this evening on the beach at Jekyll Island. Little did I know we would also have the pleasure (?) of also meeting hundreds of hungry sand gnats, too! We finally found a quiet little spot with a cool breeze that kept our pesky friends at bay, just in time to capture some gorgeous shots of the Little Miss in the dunes during sunset.

Mom is 7 months pregnant with Miss A's little brother!
Thank you, Mom and Dad, for sticking it out with me this evening! Despite a tough battle against the sand gnats, Miss A's photos still turned out wonderful. (Pretty darn easy to do with such a beautiful subject!)
